At Quest Therapy Services, we’re a passionate and multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Allied Health Assistants working together to make a difference in the lives of children and young people.

We’re currently seeking a Speech Pathologist (part-time or full-time) to join our growing team — whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology
Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid and CPR certification
Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
Experience working with children is desirable
New graduates and early career professionals are strongly encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
Provide assessment and intervention for children and young people (0–21 years) with a variety of developmental needs and diagnoses
Deliver client-centred, family-focused, and evidence-based therapy
Collaborate effectively with families, educators, medical professionals, and other allied health practitioners
Work across clinic and community settings, with flexibility in scheduling and service delivery
