No BD, Technical Delivery Focused Position.

Highly complex work alongside an EPA Auditor

Senior Hydrogeologist to join an Aus-wide consultancy in a delivery-focused role. This isn’t a position chasing clients but chasing technically interesting projects supporting an EPA Auditor and the Senior Principals.

The types of groundwater projects you’ll plan & deliver range from aviation-scale plumes to remediation designs (that actually will get built). You’ll be chasing dirty water through fractured systems, reviewing fate and transport pathways, and standing at the core of complex remediation projects - the kind that need critical thinking, not checkbox reporting.

The Role

This is a senior technical position supporting audit, expert witness and remediation work locally in QLD and across national projects.

Contaminant hydrogeology with a focus on fate and transport

Complex DSI and remediation design

Review or lead SAQP and RAP development

Support EPA Auditors and senior staff on delivery

Work on remediation delivery programs for aviation, defence, and industrial sites

Expert witness work at a national level, PFAS and complex contamination

Capture and containment, water treatment strategy development

Modelling useful but optional, seniors can QA where needed

What You’ll Bring

7–12+ years in contaminant hydrogeology or CLM

Confidence leading or reviewing complex site investigations

Strong DSI/remediation strategy experience

PFAS, modelling or expert witness experience is a bonus

A practical, hands-on mindset that thrives in technical delivery
