About the role

We’re looking for an energetic Customer Service Coordinator to join our Narellan-based team.
You’ll be the key link between our clients, production, and logistics — ensuring orders run smoothly from quote to delivery.

At International Poles, we supply high-quality steel and composite poles used across civil and electrical infrastructure projects throughout Australia. Our success is built on great relationships, and that starts with you.

What you’ll do

Handle inbound calls and email enquiries — quoting, order tracking and follow-ups.

Liaise with manufacturing and freight partners to confirm ETAs and resolve issues.

Prepare purchase orders, invoices and dispatch documentation.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM/ERP system.

Provide basic technical information (product specs, drawings, installation notes).

Support warranty (DLP) queries and client documentation.

Collaborate with our sales and operations team to continuously improve customer experience.

About you

Friendly, helpful and professional — you genuinely enjoy assisting customers.

Confident on the phone and in writing, with excellent communication skills.

Highly organised, detail-driven and good at juggling priorities.

Competent with Microsoft 365 and comfortable learning ERP/CRM systems.

Experience in civil construction, electrical distribution, or manufacturing is ideal, but not essential.
