StretchLab Balgowlah is a leading boutique wellness studio dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated General (Studio) Manager to take ownership of our studio operations, drive membership growth, and lead a passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness or wellness management, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing.

This role combines leadership, community engagement, and hands-on business management. You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, overseeing daily studio operations, managing and coaching staff, and building strong relationships with members to ensure an exceptional experience every visit.
