The role:

Cater Care is seeking to appoint a Weekend Chef, preparing exceptional food at one of our key aged care sites in Ashfield, NSW.

Roster: Saturday and Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food for our residents
• Support bulk cooking operations
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Adherence to food & general safety practices
• Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

Your background:

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
