An experienced fully qualified butcher is required for our butcher shop as the manager position in our butcher shop at Dee Why Grand commencing from 1st January 2026.

Suitable candidate needs to be a passionate driven and result focused individual with experience in managing staff and quality retail stores.

You will be required to control all aspects of the store, including store display, stocktaking, general store management and customer service.

You must have managed a retail butcher shop or have a position of duty management under a store manager previously.

Excellent salary package $130K plus bonus scheme based on store performance. Uniform provided.

The bonus scheme is totally based on the ability of the individual to grow the store both in sales and percentage margin.

Flexible roster 5 days per week. The successful applicant will receive excellent salary plus bonuses over above set wages.
