Your Role

As our Studio Manager, you’ll:

Be the face of J.I.M Prahran, welcoming members and creating strong local relationships.

Drive membership growth through exceptional sales skills, follow-ups, and community engagement.

Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Lead local marketing and social media efforts to grow awareness and memberships.

Deliver outstanding member experiences that keep people coming back — and referring their friends.
