Having recently celebrated their tenth birthday the business is at a key inflection point, investing in a new website and specialist marketing roles to fuel their next phase of growth.

They are a top tier market player and are actively scaling their digital presence to match their physical expansion (growing their fleet to become one of Australia's largest specialist vehicle fleets).

That's where you come in...

Responsibilities:

• Own the Launch: You will be the SEO champion overseeing the technical readiness and post-launch optimisation of the new site. The core mandate is to drive ranking improvements over the next 6-12 months.
• Drive Conversion Uplift: You are responsible for CRO—implementing A/B testing, heatmapping, and funnel analysis to directly boost conversion rates.
• Lead Local & Link Strategy: Take full ownership of organic growth, leading high-impact keyword research, GMB optimisation for local leads, and backlink acquisition campaigns.
• Be the Data Expert: Own all SEO/CRO reporting, using tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics to deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership.
• Support AI Strategy: The specialist will strategise and implement plans around the evolving impact of Generative AI on search results and user behaviour.
• Flexible & Hands-On: The hiring team values results and pragmatic flexibility. While SEO is the primary focus, a willingness to assist with broader digital marketing tasks is essential.

What You'll Bring:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, digital media etc.)
• 3-5 Years of SEO Experience: Proven experience gained in smaller marketing teams or quality agencies, with end-to-end, hands-on responsibility.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.
• Practical experience using behaviour analytics/CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar) and ability to run controlled A/B tests.
