We're looking for a Scheduler / Roster Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our clients receive the best care — from the right therapist, at the right time.

We're a growing health and wellness business with a team providing quality in-home Remedial Massage Therapy across Melbourne.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining daily schedules that match clients with the most suitable therapist for their needs and location.
This is a key coordination role that requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key duties include:
• Building and managing therapist schedules
• Matching clients to therapists based on location and skills
• Communicating with staff and clients to confirm or adjust appointments
• Managing changes, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments
• Assisting with data entry, reporting, and general admin support
About You
You're a great communicator, problem solver, who thrives on organisation and teamwork.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
You'll bring:
• Experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination (preferably in allied health)
• Minimum 1-2 years of scheduling or rostering experience
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Confident communication (phone and email)
• Good computer skills (Excel, and scheduling software Cliniko)
• Intermediate level Excel proficiency is required
• Experience with Cliniko scheduling software is preferred but not required
• A caring and professional approach to clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
