Site Foreman (Sydney-based Builder Company)

Our Sydney-based builder company is currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Strong English communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with subcontractors.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle (fuel expenses reimbursed).

Hands-on skills and possession of basic tools are highly desirable.

Ability to work 6 days per week.

Experience in residential construction, particularly duplexes and houses.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, coordinate daily site activities, and collaborate with the office team on project progress.

Responsible for quality control, progress tracking, and site safety management.
