Due to recent growth, Kamara has a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team, at the start of an exciting growth phase. This is a great role for someone who is organised, and great with detail.

This key role within the Kamara Team, is the centrepiece between the Director, the plumbers and the customers. If you are an experienced administrator, who enjoys what you do, and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
IMPORTANT - This role is initially work from home, and will move into an office-based role towards the end of 2025.
The Role
Being the ‘face of the business’, as the first point of contact: answering telephone calls, emails and other correspondence
Liaising with Property Managers
Entering, maintaining and managing tasks in a job management system from start to finish (we use Fergus)
Maintaining the workflow to the highest of standards
Raising purchase orders for materials and following up orders placed
Collating timesheets ready for payroll
Following up unpaid invoices
Managing general administration functions for the business and Director
