Role: Process Worker
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: $31.34

Shift times:
Monday - Thursday: 7am - 3.45pm
Friday: 7am - 12pm

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Processing and sorting stock
- Performing basic tasks on the production line including: Capping, Filling, Packing, and Labelling
- Ensuring product quality and maintaining general housekeeping
- Lifting and stacking boxes
- Working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Building skills and capabilities in team members
- Making clear decisions under pressure and managing ambiguity
- Communicating effectively with a range of people at all levels

About You / Required Skills
- Unrestricted working rights
- Experience in a similar or relevant role (preferred)
- Commitment to working five days per week
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think clearly and make decisions under pressure
- Willingness and ability to support the development of team members
- Strong numeracy and literacy with excellent attention to detail
