We're partnering with one of Australia’s leading banks, currently seeking a Business Analyst to join a collaborative squad driving product, process and customer communication enhancements across everyday banking.

• $800 + super
• 12 month contract
• Hybrid working - Sydney

This role is focused on ensuring the right information reaches the right customers at the right time - through accurate, compliant, and customer-friendly communications.

What you’ll be doing:

• Customer Communications: Define and document requirements that shape how customers are informed about product updates, ensuring marketing and data teams have the right inputs for templates and data rules.
• Feature Changes: Support multiple releases by capturing, validating, and prioritising changes to product features and customer messaging.
• Exceptions Handling: Manage communication for complex customer groups ensuring all messaging is clear and correct.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on understanding of everyday banking products – transaction accounts, savings, and deposit products.
• Ideally Big 4 banking experience with major bank systems.
• Proven ability to write clear, logical requirements for customer communications and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative, accountable team player who thrives in fast-paced delivery squads.
