We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager (Extraction) on a FIFO basis. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll be second-in-command, driving the strategic direction and execution of extraction operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where autonomy, critical thinking, and operational excellence are key.

About the Role

• Oversee and manage the extraction operations team.
• Ensure efficient recovery of the ore body and compliance with ore delivery specifications.
• Lead contractor and personnel management across mining, construction, or oil & gas operations.
• Apply your expertise in underground mining extraction and HDD operations to optimise performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to deliver strategic outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in mining, oil & gas, or construction-related discipline.
• 8–15 years of supervisory experience in major resource or oil & gas environments.
• Proven leadership in managing contractors and operational teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in drilling operations; exposure to HDD is highly regarded.
