About Studio Amaro & Commune Group

What you will do
Run your own section confidently during prep and service (wood fire grill, larder, pasta).
Prep and cook consistently to Studio Amaro standards
Ensure dishes are plated and timed with consistency and attention to detail
Maintain mise en place and be ready for busy services
Uphold food safety and hygiene practices at all times
Assist with stock rotation, ordering and minimising wastage
Train and support junior chefs and apprentices
Bring energy and positivity to every service
Contribute ideas as our menus evolve and grow with the team
About you
Previous CDP experience, or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to manage your section independently and under pressure
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Motivated, reliable and team-focused
Love food, flavour and learning
Keen to develop and build your career within the group
