Part of a construction group, this established construction plant & equipment hire business is well-positioned for growth with an established client base and huge market potential. They own a wide variety of plant/equipment including; excavators, generators, forklifts, compaction vehicles, lifts, site sheds, scaffolding equipment and more!

Responsibilities
As a Sales Rep you will be the driving force behind the business, driving repeat business with existing clients and prospecting for new business. Your responsibilities will include;

• Target existing and developing new opportunities and business streams to hire out plant & equipment.
• Manager the CRM and update weekly with reporting of leads, new customers and existing customers.
• Liaise with the Accounts Officer and the Workshop to generate invoices for Plant & Equipment Hire
• On the Road Prospecting for new clients
• Management of accounts and credit applications.
• Maintaining the plant & equipment register, ensuring accurate records and understanding availability/location of all items.
• Develop/maintaining client relations both over the phone and face-to-face.

Background
To be considered for this role you will have:

• Experience in the construction, earthmoving and/or infrastructure industry in a sales capacity
• Understanding of plant & equipment hire
• A current Australian drivers licence
• Excellent administration, database management & account management skills.
