We’re excited to offer multiple opportunities for passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Claims team within Terri Scheer, one of Australia’s leading providers of landlord insurers.

We operate a busy inbound Contact Centre focused on delivering exceptional support to new and existing customers.

Position Overview:

  • Job Title: Claims Specialist.
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and a rotational roster from 8:00am to 7:00pm.
  • Location: Adelaide CBD.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with a mix of working from home and in the office (post probation).
  • Start Date: Monday 17th November 2025
  • Salary: $60,500 + 12% Superannuation + Performance-Based Incentives.

About the Role:

  • Join Terri Scheer’s Claims team in Adelaide as a Claims Specialist.
  • Handle inbound calls, providing advice, support, and lodging claims for property damage and loss of rent.
  • No insurance experience? No problem — full training provided.

  • Make a real difference for customers when it matters most.

What You’ll Do:

As a Claims Specialist, you will:

  • Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for all inbound claim calls, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Claims Management: Handle calls from landlords, real estate agencies, assessors, and third parties for both new and existing claims.
  • Email & Administration: Action inbound customer emails promptly — lodge new claims, update existing ones, and respond to queries.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Operational Support: Assist with general business operations, including processing post, checking online lodgements, and following up on existing claims.
