At Kelm Hire we quality equipment; however, our main focus is on our people and service delivery. With our ‘make it happen’ approach Kelm Hire provides General Hire equipment, booms, and scissor lifts, scaffold, and excavators to the construction industry. Providing face to face on site advice Kelm Hire will train you to provide support and assistance to our clients daily.

Qualifications & experience

Trade background and or Sales Background.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Warm and friendly demeanor

Excellent computer skills

Willing to be part of a high performing team

Tasks & responsibilities

Meeting new people, identifying suitable prospects

Delivering monthly new prospects list to management weekly

Submitting pricing to new potential clients

Training on new plant and equipment

Ability to work with sales manager and other business development representatives building new customer relationships

Benefits

$80-$100K base salary

Excellent commission structure (uncapped)

Commission paid on revenue (No hidden KPI)

Ute, laptop, phone and fuel card

OTE $130-$180K
