Join Our Team – Senior Air Conditioning Service Technician

About the Role

Arctic Airconditioning & Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing a variety of commercial air conditioning systems, as well as residential air conditioning units.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

Repairs to VRV/VRF, Ducted and split system air conditioning systems.

Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments.

Prepare accurate documentation and job reports.

Liaise with clients to provide professional advice and recommendations.

Maintain a high standard of safety and workmanship on all jobs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a skilled and qualified technician who brings a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar service role

Current ARCtick licence

Current Driver’s Licence

Current CPR/LVR certification

Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

A commitment to safety, quality, and professional presentation
