Project Officer
Location: Central Coast
Rate: $50-59 an hour plus Super
Type: 9-12 month fixed-term engagement
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm (flexible), some WFH offered post-training

Your new role
Working in an established and supportive team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting to prepare tenders, site inductions and some contracts
  
• Planning and coordinating projects, including managing contractors and resources
  
• Conducting site inspections of contract works
  
• Developing relationships with contractors and stakeholders
  
• Reviewing budgets, processing supplier invoices and adhering to KPIs
  
• Support the team with various projects and initiatives in the Central Coast community
  
• Manage document control processes
  
• Provide general administrative support to projects as needed
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working in a project delivery officer role (essential)
  
• Prior experience managing contractors, contractors performance and attending sites to complete WHS audits (essential)
  
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
  
• Ability to prioritise workload, adaptable and happy to assist with ad hoc tasks
  
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
  
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
