The Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site activities across multiple projects.
You’ll be working closely with our team leaders and tradespeople to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple divisions and lead the installation team

Support installation crews

Manage timelines, materials, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company policies

Liaise with clients, site managers, and suppliers

Report progress and issues to management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proactive, reliable team leader with strong site management experience and a willingness to get your hands dirty when needed.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in construction or fabrication site supervision

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset

Current driver’s licence and White Card

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
