About the Role

You’ll teach our innovative English for Healthcare & Nursing program, designed to equip international students with the communication skills needed to thrive in healthcare and aged-care workplaces across Australia.

This is a rewarding opportunity to use your TESOL expertise to help students succeed in both language and life.

What You’ll Do

Deliver 20 hours of engaging English lessons each week (Wed–Sat 9:00 am–2:30 pm).

Teach English through healthcare and workplace communication topics.

Assess learning progress and provide individualised feedback.

Create a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment.

Mark assessments and complete reports promptly.

Contribute to course improvement and innovation.

Participate in ongoing professional development.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

Bachelor’s degree plus recognised TESOL qualification (or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years experience teaching international students

Confidence teaching workplace communication and health topics

Availability to teach on site in North Sydney (Wed–Sat)

Desirable

CELTA qualification

Experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP)

Experience working with Japanese learners
