Our client is a globally renowned manufacturer is well known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and cutting-edge technology. With a rich history spanning over a century, they have established themselves as a leader in the industry, providing high-quality products that offer superior performance, safety, and sustainability.

Due to significant growth over the past six months, they require a customer service consultant to join the team. You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within specified timeframes
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and order status
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Utilise the Salesforce database to track, monitor, and report on order processing activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or order processing role is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with order management systems (Salesforce or SAP)
