Our client is a globally renowned manufacturer is well known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and cutting-edge technology. Due to significant growth over the past six months, they require a customer service consultant to join the team. You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within specified timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and order status
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner
- Utilise the Salesforce database to track, monitor, and report on order processing activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call centre or order processing role is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience with order management systems (Salesforce or SAP)
