About the Role

We have an open vacancy for an experienced forklift driver to join our team in Green Fields, SA on a permanent basis on our PM shift. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods to various destinations.

This role is key to our success as a business as all freight within our network is moved using trucks. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Prestart checks.

Safely and efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound linehaul trailers as well as local PUD vehicles.

Use provided scanning equipment to ensure all inbound and outbound scanning standards are met.

Adhering to the safety and compliance policies, procedures & expectations.

Ensure correct, secure and safe loading and unloading of vehicles.

Comply with all WHS and NHVR regulation and legislation.

Key qualifications and Experience:

Experience in working within a fast paced, high volume transport environment is a must.

Valid LF forklift Licence.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Solid understanding of COR obligations.

A professional approach and "can-do" attitude.

All candidates will need to supply a current Police Check.
