Position: English/Drama/Debating Teacher Needed for Primary School Students
Location: Chatswood, Edgecliff

Duke Education is a premier tutoring centre dedicated to providing high-quality education and personalised learning experiences for primary/secondary school students. We are seeking a passionate and committed Primary/Secondary School Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to student needs.

Assess and monitor progress, providing constructive feedback.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.

Maintain accurate records of performance and attendance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Education or related field.

Valid teaching certification.

Current registration with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) or eligibility to register

Proven experience in teaching students in school settings.

Minimum 2 years' experience teaching English, Drama, or debating to primary school students (ages 5-12)

Strong understanding of curricula and best practices.

Strong understanding of NSW English and Creative Arts syllabuses, particularly drama and debating components

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning.

Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for NSW

Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
