Role Description
We're looking for a high-performing Chef or commercial kitchen salesperson based in Sydney, NSW, who’s eager to shift gears and explore something new. Your deep industry knowledge, combined with a passion for customer service and relationship building, will be key. You should be well-versed in kitchen setups and equipment, and ready to take on a hands-on sales role that offers the chance to become an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Identity and target potential customers in various sectors (childcare, aged-care, food production etc).
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue target.
Build and maintain strong, long term client relationship.
Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers.
Prepare, present proposals, quotes and product demonstration.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Attend trade shows and industry events as required.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Computer skills essential
Qualifications
Essential - Experience as a Chef-sales in commercial Kitchen equipment.
Essential - Experience with commercial kitchen equipment and kitchen layout design.
Have - Strong sales and customer service skills.
Have - Sales management experience and followup.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in sales of commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
