The Opportunity – Power Platform Developer

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Power Platform Developer to lead our digital transformation. This role will be instrumental in shaping our technology roadmap, enhancing system integrations, and leveraging AI, automation, and CRM innovation to drive business performance.

You'll work closely with the executive team to deliver business-critical insights, streamline operations, and ensure our technology platforms evolve in step with our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

· Optimise Digital Workflows: Use tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot to automate processes, improve reporting, and enhance team productivity.

· Configure and manage Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL-based data integrations

· Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions to streamline workflows and empower users.

· Implement secure role-based access and data management

· Maintain and improve existing Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues where required

· Document solutions and provide user training/support to improve adoption

· Generate Insights: Analyse data using Power BI and Copilot to inform decision-making.

· Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI for creating basic dashboards to support data analysis tasks.

· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, underwriting, and settlement teams to align strategies and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience

· Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure and third-party APIs.

· Proven experience in Power Apps development (Canvas & Model-Driven), with a solid grasp of Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 integration

· Strong understanding of data modelling, security roles, and permissions within the Power Platform

· Experience with JavaScript, Power Fx, Python, and custom plug-ins (C#) is a plus.

· Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer experience, and automation.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics.

· Must have Australian work rights for this position.

Bonus Points For

· Proven experience with Salesforce CRM.
