The Opportunity

This is the perfect role for an experienced Club Manager ready to step into a broader leadership position.
You'll take ownership of two clubs, guiding their operations, teams, and community engagement — ensuring both sites thrive in line with the Anytime Fitness brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across two clubs

Drive membership growth through proactive sales, lead management, and retention initiatives

Deliver a consistent, exceptional member experience in both locations

Oversee club operations, safety, and presentation standards

Support local marketing and community outreach campaigns

Monitor club performance, reporting, and business improvement opportunities

About You

You're a people-focused leader who loves helping others succeed — whether it's your team, your members, or your community.
You bring commercial awareness, energy, and a hands-on approach to everything you do.

You'll Bring

Experience as a Club Manager or Assistant Manager (fitness industry preferred)

Proven success achieving sales and membership targets

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Great organisational and time management skills

A positive, proactive, and accountable attitude

Availability to work some Saturdays and travel between clubs
