About the Role

Are you a passionate Risk Advisor looking to make a genuine impact? This business is searching for a dedicated professional to join their Investment Services team in Melbourne.

This is a fantastic, client-facing opportunity where you'll build strong relationships and provide tailored advice on personal insurance solutions, including Life, Trauma, TPD, and Income Protection. You'll be the trusted expert who understands clients' financial situations and helps them secure peace of mind for the future.

You'll work closely with their expert paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service for your clients.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Connecting with new and existing clients to understand their personal insurance needs.
• Developing and presenting strategic advice that aligns with your clients' financial goals.
• Overseeing the implementation process from start to finish.
• Proactively reviewing client portfolios to ensure their strategies remain effective and appropriate.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• You must hold a current Authorised Representative Status.
• A solid background with a degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• RG146 compliance and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
• A strong understanding of FASEA, TASA, and other relevant industry legislation.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to achieving great outcomes for clients.
