About this opportunity

The Coordinator, DFV Programs leads the delivery and continuous improvement of trauma-informed domestic and family violence services across the Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven, while maintaining a small caseload to model best practice and support frontline impact. In this role you will:

  • Lead and support a team of specialist DFV caseworkers, including remote management and supervision.
  • Implement and maintain a high-quality case management framework, grounded in intersectional feminist, trauma-informed, and strength-based practice.
  • Provide mentoring and leadership, including supervision, training, and one-on-one support to build best-practice capability across the team.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting standards, supporting accurate data collection and preparation of program reports.
  • Manage contracts, funding, and service agreements, ensuring program targets are met and resources are aligned with budget planning.

About You

We’re looking for a talented and experienced professional, who is passionate about leading a team that support community. As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, and/or extensive experience coordinating DFV services.
  • Proven leadership in trauma-informed, strengths-based case management that prioritises client safety and wellbeing.
  • Inclusive and collaborative leadership style, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team empowerment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and contribute to funding submissions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passionate about women’s rights and social change, with a drive to influence systems and advocate for gender equality.
