Table Games Dealer Trainee Full time role

The Dealer Training School is an intensive six-week program and attendance is required during business hours, 5 days per week.
The next school will commence on Monday 10th November 2025 through to Friday 19th December 2025 (6-weeks).

Requirements
Due to the nature of these roles, all applicants must be:
· Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents or have an unrestricted right to work indefinitely in Australia.
· Must be 18 years or older to apply.
· You will also need to be eligible to obtain a Casino Employee Licence which involves criminal and financial checks (follow the link for licence conditions). https://www.gamblingandracing.act.gov.au/industry/casino#Casino_Employees
· You must also be available to work rotating roster for a day or nightshift on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Applications will be open until Wednesday, 29th October 2025 and if you are found suitable you will be invited to attend a group session interview. Interviews will be held on Thursday 30th October 2025 between 5.30pm-7.00pm.
Successful applicants
Successful applicants will join our team and start training on
1. Weeks 1-5 - Monday 10th November 2025 – Friday 12th December 2025 in our gaming training room
o Training commences at 08:30 – 16:30 Monday through to Thursday.
o 08:30 – 14:30 on Fridays.
2. Week 6 - Monday 15th December 2025 – Sunday 21st December 2025, transition onto gaming floor and shadowing a buddy based on your rotation.
Successful graduates of the school will be offered full-time Table Games Dealer positions on completion of the 6-week school. Full-time positions to commence Monday 22nd December 2025. Successful graduates will also gain additional qualifications commencing with the enrolment in Certificate III in Hospitality as part of the school and scheduled training is subject to change.
