About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Spray Painter to join our small, friendly team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of preparation, painting, and refinishing vehicles, and capable of performing some strip and fit work when required.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming

Mixing and matching paint colours accurately

Applying paint and clear coats to vehicles with attention to detail and finish quality

Polishing and finishing painted surfaces to a high standard

Performing minor panel preparation and repairs where needed

Stripping and fitting vehicle parts as part of the repair process

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Automotive Spray Painter (Certificate III or equivalent)

Experience in automotive refinishing and colour matching

Ability to perform basic strip and fit tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must currently reside in Australia

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive spray painting

Valid Australian driver's licence
