The Role
We're excited to offer a long-term opportunity for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our passionate team on a permanent part-time basis at our Paddington Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Foster nurturing relationships with children and families.
Utilize your pedagogical expertise to meet individual child needs.
Design exceptional educational programs.
Ensure compliance with government regulations.
Establish a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Children's Services or higher.
Previous experience as a Lead Educator preferred.
Valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
Proficient in Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Moderate to high computer proficiency for online programming software.
Flexible availability between 7am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
