The Role:

• Deliver hands-on and classroom training to ensure team members are confident and competent.
• Lead staff inductions and onboarding, while embedding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) into everyday work.
• Communicate with a diverse, multicultural team, building strong relationships across all levels.
• Work closely with People & Culture leaders and production supervisors to drive continuous improvement.
• Support production operation running Monday to Friday, helping teams reach their full potential.

About You:

• Certificate in Training and Assessment (TAE) (desirable)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, fmcg, or food environments
