Senior PBX Technician
Full-time position, based in Cairns, installing, configuring, and maintaining PBX/SIP Business Phone Systems (On-Premise & Cloud PBX). Some of the brand names we sell or maintain include 3CX, Alcatel, Asterix, Avaya, Cisco, LG, NEC UB & Panasonic. Approximately 50% of tasks are performed at customer premises, which are spread throughout the Cairns region (including Cairns, Port Douglas, Mareeba, Atherton, and Mission Beach).

Essential Applicant credentials:

1. AMCA licence

2. Your own PBX Technician tool kit with essential fit-off devices.

3. Valid Driver’s license as a company vehicle supplied.

4. Minimum of 12 months of experience installing & maintaining any brand of PBX System.

5. Equivalent IT experience/skills to CCNA or IT Networking Graduate.

6. High standard of professionalism and presentation. Company uniform supplied.

7. High English language literacy skills (written & verbal).

Remuneration: Above-award wages, company vehicle, Telco Services Award allowances and entitlements, Super, KPI $$ bonuses, biannual performance reviews, and paid RDO per month.
