Store Manager – Weber Store @ Alfresco Outdoors & Heating - Kotara NSW

Weber Store @ Alfresco Outdoors & Heating is needing a highly motivated, high achieving Store Manager to join our expanding sales team.

You will be responsible to offer 5 Star customer service to our customers while maintaining a very high standard in store presentation, merchandising and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities include:

Making sure our customers have a great experience while in store.

Contribute to reaching the stores' sales targets.

Achieve constant exceptional presentation standards.

Keeping a high standard of Administration.

Help to protect the brand, which is known internationally and represents quality, service and exceptional value.

This position will work a seven-day rotating roster (including weekend work).

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

Minimum 5 Years sales/customer service experience

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Highly motivated and results driven.

Strong organisational skills

The ability to inspire and motivate both customers and team members.

The ability to build relationships with every customer creating a loyal customer base.

Passion for BBQing and outdoor entertaining.
