About the role

We are seeking a full-time Afternoon Production Cook to join our team. As a Bulk Production Cook at KGF, you will play a vital role in the company's food manufacturing operations. These full-time position is based in Brookvale, NSW and you will be part of a large team responsible for large-scale preparation, cooking and packaging of a variety of high-quality food products.

The Role

Afternoon Production Cook 2 pm to 10 pm / Monday to Friday

No weekend

Full time

What you'll be doing

Prepare, cook and package a diverse range of food products in large quantities

Ensure all food production processes adhere to strict health, safety and quality standards

Maintain production schedules to meet delivery deadlines

Work collaboratively with other chefs, cook and kitchen hands to achieve production needs.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a bulk cooking is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures

Ability to understand and adhere to specifications and recipes is essential

Excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to lift/move heavy items on regular basis (up to 25kg)

Full time working rights with no restrictions.
