Moon Dog Brewing is excited to be heading into a busy summer season at our new venue on sunny Frankston's foreshore!! Moon Dog Beach Club will is an 800pax, jungle-beach-party inspired wonderland aiming to provide the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to the good people of the South East!

The menu consists of pub classics, with a few beach-y specialties & sides. We also run functions packages & special events.

We’re seeking an experienced Chefs to join our kitchen team in smashing out delicious dishes! You will bring your experience in fast-paced, large kitchens to make Moon Dog Beach Club one of the best places to eat in the South-East! The ideal candidate will have proven experience in similar roles (large, pumping venues) and take great pride in what they do.

Good availability on weekends, but we're happy to discuss working around your other jobs and commitments

Can jump straight on the line and get stuck in cranking out pub classics

Good food knowledge

Experience working in a large, busy, high volume kitchen

Positive, friendly attitude

Problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of health and safety standards
