The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, a newly created Loan Settlements Officer role has been established. Reporting to the highly experienced Director of Treasury Operations, you will manage the end-to-end settlements process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence while also supporting broader treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile the timely, accurate settlement of loans, money market instruments and derivatives.

Monitor and verify trade details, investigating and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain detailed settlement and reconciliation reports to support compliance and audit.

Support treasury system testing, enhancements, and user acceptance testing for Quantum TMS.

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and accuracy in settlement workflows.

Assist with financial accounting duties including reconciliations and month-end support.

Partner with internal teams to strengthen controls, reporting quality and system use.

About You

5+ years’ settlements experience from banking, treasury, or financial services.

Hands-on Quantum TMS experience highly regarded.

Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
