Join Uphire, a leading provider in Traffic Management Solutions - including VMS boards, TMA Blades, Cone Trucks, Traffic Utes and all Portable Traffic Devices.
We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with existing customers while re-engaging inactive accounts and driving new hire opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Re-engage inactive accounts to uncover new hire opportunities.
Complete 40–50 weekly customer interactions (calls, site visits, cold calls).
Conduct site inspections and recommend the right equipment solutions.
Complete major project tenders
Completion of CRM reporting and inhouse job management system
Demonstrate and promote Uphire’s commitment to workplace health and safety.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in account management, sales and customer service
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
Industry knowledge - Traffic management in hire and construction.
