Experienced men needed for jumpform and perimeter screens for formwork company

J&P STRUCTURAL is currently seeking experienced, full-time Formwork Carpenters and Labourers to join our team on projects throughout SYDNEY

To be suitable for the role, you will hold a relevant Carpentry qualification, or have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

A OHS card is essential, and a Confined Space Ticket and Riggers tickets advantageous (training can be provided).

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

MUST HAVE TOOLS.

Setting frames and levels

Cutting, assembling and nailing plywood to construct formwork

Forming of timber structures for the construction of bridges, retaining walls and culverts

Installing and removing concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks and barricades at construction sites

Construction of other forms to contain concrete for other applications

Carrying out concreting works

Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures

Carrying out WHS requirements and work efficiently in all areas of formwork
