About the role

Bloomingdales Lighting is seeking a talented Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team in Rosebery NSW on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns and an annual strategy that showcase our innovative lighting products and elevate our brand presence within the highly competitive lighting industry.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate to conceptualise and deliver compelling marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, product catalogues, and other promotional assets

Design visually striking and on-brand visual elements such as logos, graphics, and product imagery

Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product sales

Analyse marketing campaign performance and provide insights to inform future initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Bloomingdales Lighting

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Bloomingdales Lighting brand

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or design role, preferably within the design trade or lighting industries

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively

Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and content

Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs

Adaptable and able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment

Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
