About the Role
This organisation is currently seeking multiple FIFO Health and Safety Advisors, with each Advisor dedicated to a specific new construction and infrastructure project, within regional NSW. These roles go beyond providing advice, they focus on delivering practical safety solutions and ensuring effective implementation on-site. By working closely with project teams, each Advisor will help drive collaboration, elevate safety awareness, and contribute to a positive and proactive safety culture.

Duties

• Provide on-site safety support across active construction zones and civil infrastructure works
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, site inspections, and assist with incident investigations
• Support the implementation of project-specific HSE management plans and SWMS
• Monitor site compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
• Engage with workers and subcontractors to promote a positive safety culture
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting activities

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Health and Safety role within construction, civils, or infrastructure
• Ideally prior experience working in a FIFO role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with frontline workers
• White Card and minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (Diploma highly regarded)
• Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment, and control measures
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently on-site
