ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales and Service Consultant, you’ll play a key part in helping customers navigate life insurance with ease. From guiding them through applications to handling service queries and tele-underwriting calls, you’ll be the friendly voice delivering an industry-best experience. You’ll work closely with teams across underwriting, operations, and product – all while helping build a better, simpler way of doing insurance.

DUTIES

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences via phone and email
• Complete customer applications over the phone, building trust and rapport
• Conduct tele-underwriting interviews to gather risk-related information
• Accurately process new applications and customer service requests
• Identify service improvements and support operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and distribution partners

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years in a similar sales or service role
• Strong phone-based communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to balance compliance with commercial outcomes
• A service-first attitude with the confidence to guide and influence
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Knowledge of call centre systems and life insurance products (desirable)
• RG146 certification or willingness to obtain (advantageous)
