Your New Role:

The purpose of this role is to assist the bidding team with the preparation of tenders and fee proposals. Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Writing effective and concise content for bids, proposals, and presentations.
  • Contributing content to the Knowledge Management platform by developing case studies, CVs, and creative elements.
  • Compiling and collating fee proposals, submissions, and tenders, ensuring all required documentation is included in a timely manner.
  • Preparing fee proposal templates and drafts, which includes typing, copying, printing, filing, and delivery.
  • Assisting in research on clients for tenders, bids, and proposals.
  • Setting up and maintaining corporate CVs, project profiles, photos, and capability statements.
  • Ensuring statements and documents are updated and maintained for tenders and proposals.

Your Skills & Experiences:

To be effective in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualities and skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting, proofing, and editing documents.
  • A mature attitude, with the ability to learn quickly and be proactive.
  • The ability to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders, and show initiative.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of Canva is desirable.
