You’ll be working across sites throughout Melbourne. There’s a strong mix of commercial sites and contracts - no risk of being stuck on a single client. These range from educational and corporate real estate to banks and government buildings. One day you could be servicing chillers, the next it could be extraction systems or water plants - no two days the same, and you will be trusted to get the job done, not micromanaged.

Prefer a bit of variety or want to stay in one location? Roles are available in both static and mobile setups - your preference comes first.

Progression isn't just a buzzword here - three techs who joined in the last 18 months have already stepped up into Assistant Team Lead roles, and one’s on track to move into an Account Manager.

Pay rates sit between $50-$55/hr, depending on experience - but there’s room to go higher for the right person.
