EcoTech Refrigeration is looking for a qualified HVAC & Refrigeration Technician or a motivated 3rd or 4th year apprentice to join our growing team. If you're looking for more than just a job and want to be part of something long term, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This role involves the servicing, maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems across a range of commercial and industrial clients. Our work includes natural refrigerants, CO₂ systems, commercial refrigeration, and HVAC installations, servicing everything from supermarkets and pubs to cafés, clubs, and childcare centres.

You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and your teammates, so good communication is just as important as your technical skills. You’ll need to be confident diagnosing and resolving faults, performing breakdowns and PMs, and delivering a high standard of workmanship.

You’ll Need

Victorian driver’s licence

Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Refrigerant Handling Licence

Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (Restricted Electrical)

Construction White Card

Legal right to work in Australia
