We’re on the lookout for a Workshop Leading Hand to help guide our workshop team and support day-to-day operations. If you’ve got experience with heavy vehicles or 4WDs, and enjoy a mix of fitting accessories and service work, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

Assist with coordination of workshop tasks and workflow

Perform mechanical servicing, accessory fitting, and general 4WD upgrades

Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy vehicles and 4WDs

Ensure job quality and assist in training/apprentice development

Work closely with the store manager and front office team

About You:

Trade-qualified mechanic (light, heavy, or plant)

Heavy vehicle or 4WD experience desirable

Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills

Reliable, hands-on, and able to lead by example

Positive, can-do attitude – willing to jump in, learn, and grow

Team-focused and committed to maintaining a great workshop culture
