About the role

Maximum Altitude Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled reliable MR truck driver to join our team at DHL in Pooraka. The role would suit a driver that may only be looking for 2-3 days per week or we can accommodate a driver that is looking for 3-5 days work per week.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating and maintaining medium rigid trucks to transport goods across metropolitan and regional areas

Adhering to all relevant road rules and transportation regulations

Ensuring thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections are completed

Maintaining accurate trip logs and other documentation

Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo as required

Providing excellent customer service to clients

What we're looking for

Hold a valid MR class driver's license

Have a minimum of 1 year experience operating medium rigid trucks

Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance

A well presented driver with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have permanent right to work in Australia

Good driving record with no major infractions in the past 3 years. Applicant must not have less than 6 demerit points left on their license.

Physical capability to safely perform manual handling tasks up to 25kg

Ability to work early starts 6 am-7am and must be able to work through the afternoon up to 5pm if required.
