The Perfect Fit

Good news - we are looking to expand our team with more friendly, proactive, and positive people! To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate:

  • well-rounded communication skills and be well-presented,
  • attention to detail and competent computer skills,
  • a positive attitude and are a driven team player,
  • your own vehicle and current ACT driver’s license,
  • experience in administration is preferred however, definitely not essential.

The Role

The main duties and responsibilities are:

  • Greet and assist office visitors,
  • Answer telephone calls and email enquiries,
  • Maintain development key registers,
  • Ordering and collecting office supplies,
  • Maintaining contractor and client information on the system,
  • Filing and record keeping as required,
  • Attend the post office to collect and post mail, deposit cheques and the like,
  • Other tasks as required and directed by your manager.
